Quick answers to common operational and data-handling questions

Processing runs in your browser. Files are not uploaded to the server for transformation.

Uploaded and generated files are not stored. You download the result directly after processing.

We store only operational metadata needed for traceability. Production content stays on your side. Metadata can be hashed or encrypted, and infrastructure is hosted in the EU with application servers in Germany.

Files with thousands of rows are typically processed in seconds, with reproducible results when using the same template and inputs.

Supported input formats are Excel (.xlsx) and CSV. Legacy Excel (.xls) is not supported.

Export formats currently include Excel and JSON. Additional formats can be added based on requirements.

Processing currently uses available templates. Export templates can be created and reused. Advanced custom setups are available depending on your plan.

Typical uploads up to 10 MB work well. Very large files should be split before upload.

Choose as-is, hashed, or encrypted processing depending on your compliance needs.

API integrations are on the roadmap, including direct connections to target systems such as Odoo.
