Version 2.0.0-rc.10
Released August 14, 2026
Complete supplier control and steadier processing
EvoKlar now supports the full supplier lifecycle, previews bulk changes before applying them, and keeps processing, privacy modes, and plan limits more consistent.
New
- Edit supplier names, source types, and external identities directly, then deactivate, reactivate, or set the organization default from the supplier actions.
- Supplier bulk upload now previews which rows will be created, updated, unchanged, or blocked by conflicts before anything is written.
- Administrators can reset suppliers while preserving job history, or permanently delete individual suppliers when cleanup is required.
Improvements
- Supplier details now group Process, Export, and last-job rerun actions under clear labels, while management actions stay next to the supplier name.
- Changing the data storage privacy mode now resets suppliers in the same confirmed action. Identities, workflow preferences, and saved mappings are cleared while job history is preserved.
- Column Merge now shows the detected header row, warns about incomplete or duplicate headers, and keeps detected columns available for selection.
- Usage counters now apply completed-job and processed-row limits consistently across processing and export, and count only active suppliers.
- Excel and CSV upload guidance and validation now consistently support files up to 25 MB.
Bug fixes
- Excel files with formatting-only empty rows or columns beyond the actual data are no longer treated as enormous files.
- Failed processing attempts remain visible in job history without consuming plan usage.
- Inactive or privacy-incompatible suppliers no longer appear in processing and export selectors, defaults, prefills, Workflows, or saved mapping reuse.
Version 2.0.0-rc.9
Released July 21, 2026
Safer processing with built-in review evidence
EvoKlar now preserves questionable source values, marks rows that need attention, and places review guidance directly in the downloaded workbook.
New
- When processing finds an uncertain value, the downloaded Excel file now includes a Review Required worksheet with the source row, affected column, original value, reason, and suggested next step.
Improvements
- Original source columns remain beside derived results, so ambiguous or unsupported content stays available for manual review instead of being silently discarded.
- Value/Unit Separation now keeps value and unit tokens exactly as supplied while recognizing more signed, decimal, grouped, percentage, and micro-unit formats.
- Normalized value/unit, contact-name, and city/postcode templates recognize more common real-world formats and route questionable cases to review.
- Processing previews and Excel review sheets use clearer empty-value markers, more specific explanations, content-aware column widths, and wrapped review reasons.
- The refreshed EvoKlar theme offers stronger contrast and more character while retaining the familiar interface structure.
Bug fixes
- Single-column files now identify their header without misleading negative confidence values.
- Normalized currency values now use German number formatting consistently in the preview and downloaded workbook.
- Starting a new processing, export, or bulk-upload task now clears the previous task state instead of leaving old results on screen.
- Workflows remain available when enabled, and missing-page or unexpected-error screens no longer fail because their usual page providers are unavailable.
Version 2.0.0-rc.8
Released July 14, 2026
A new dark theme and easier Excel files
EvoKlar adds a Tokyo Night appearance and makes Excel files easier to review while preserving source values more reliably.
New
- Choose Tokyo Night in the theme switcher for a deep blue interface with clear, high-contrast accents.
Improvements
- Excel exports now include filters for every column and keep the header row visible while you scroll.
- Exported worksheets use plain, unstyled rows so they remain neutral and ready for your own formatting.
Bug fixes
- Excel imports now preserve displayed cell values more reliably, including postal codes, integers, and formatted numbers.
Version 2.0.0-rc.7
Released June 24, 2026
Faster repeat workflows and clearer exports
EvoKlar helps you restart familiar processing and export runs with less setup, catch export issues before download, and follow product updates in one place.
New
- Open Suppliers → Workflows to see preferred templates, saved column mappings, and quick actions for each supplier in one table.
- Use Run again on a completed job to reopen the wizard with the same supplier and template—upload a new file and continue.
- Get suggested column mappings after upload, and optionally save a mapping for a supplier when you run the same export again.
- Review validation hints before downloading an export, such as empty columns, missing values, or duplicate keys.
- Follow product updates on this Changelog page under Documentation.
Improvements
- User documentation is easier to browse, with clearer use-case examples and quicker jumps between sections.
- Supplier names in the Workflows table now display correctly when privacy settings hide plain-text names.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the export step could fail to load when starting a repeat export from job history.
