Who this documentation is for
This documentation is for operational users, team leads, and admins who handle recurring tabular data — from supplier lists, client exports, partner files, internal reports, or third-party systems.
What you can do with EvoKlar
- Transform files with processing templates or column merge
- Map source data into export templates and download Excel or JSON output
- Speed up repeat runs with template defaults, saved mappings, and Run again
- Optionally use suppliers as context for jobs, exports, and workflows
- Manage core account settings and privacy modes
Common use cases
EvoKlar is not only a supplier tool. These three patterns cover most day-to-day usage:
Incoming supplier files
Receive messy Excel or CSV files from suppliers, apply shared transformation rules, and export clean data your ERP or database can import.
Client-specific output
Start from one internal format and deliver each client or partner the exact column structure they require — without remapping from scratch every time.
Operational one-off fixes
Split combined columns, merge fields, or normalize formats quickly when urgent spreadsheet cleanup lands — without manual Excel loops.
