This page helps with common EvoKlar issues and shows when to contact support.
Quick pre-check
- Is the uploaded file really the expected version?
- Did you choose the correct template and workflow (Processing vs Export)?
- Did you review preview data before using the output?
Common issues and fixes
Processing output looks wrong
- Check whether the correct processing mode was selected (template vs column merge).
- Use a matching active processing template.
- Validate preview data before using output files.
Export is incomplete or has empty columns
- Unmapped target columns remain empty. Review your column mappings.
- Confirm the correct export template is selected.
- Review preview data before downloading export files.
Supplier cannot be selected
- Only active suppliers are selectable.
- If the template requires a supplier field, an active supplier must be available.
- After privacy mode changes, reset and re-import suppliers if needed.
Member management does not work as expected
- Some actions are admin-only.
- Seat limits can block invites/reactivation.
- Role changes must still keep at least one admin.

You are always responsible for reviewing and verifying output results. DO NOT use processed or exported files in production workflows until you have fully verified that everything is correct.
